Yes agreed. I have a full time job where I work 8 hours a day & that is my priority because it pays the bills. I enjoy writing but it’s a hobby that pays me pittance i.e. not financially reliable. If I decide to publish every week or every two weeks, that’s MY choice. I don’t compare myself to other writers who write & publish every day — if that’s what works best for them, well good for them. Nothing about writing success is written in stone. If I felt under pressure to write & publish several times a week, it would feel too much like a job & would kill ALL my passion! 😊
