When the difficult person is your boss, it can be very challenging indeed! My previous boss deserves the title of ‘Tank’ because she was confrontational, difficult and angry to not just me but EVERYONE in the office. I honestly don’t know how she was hired in the first place. I dealt with it by keeping my head down, working hard and quietly looking for another job to get the hell out of there! You just can’t change people like that, you change how you manage the situation.

I’m in a much better job with a much NICER boss now!
