The recruitment process is flawed to say the least! I've been working on a contract basis as an Executive Assistant for years and lots of employers tend to see the fact that candidates have lots of short term roles on their CVs as a negative thing. They still use that derogatory word, 'job hopper' instead of seeing the positive side and the wealth of experience you can bring. People will only move around if they have to due to circumstances. Also the bullshit, generic rejection emails from HR departments are a joke. They give no valuable feedback whatsoever, just a cut & paste response!
