Saying no can be difficult in a work situation, especially if you’re new to the job. You want to work hard & impress everyone. But I’ve found as a personal assistant managaging the time of several direct reports requires effective time manangement. If you say yes to every request & then can’t complete them, you’ll be letting people down. Saying no in a firm but polite way is essential.
