It goes to show that companies will get away without fulfilling their service agreements if you let them. That’s why I always complain about a bad or faulty service or product. The most effective way is to shame the company directly on their website so all the other customers read it too. That gets a replacement and/or refund VERY quickly! Perseverance is key! 😄
