I watched the entire series and thought it was entertaining & funny and very like Gossip Girl as opposed to Sex & the City! Sylvie was a first class bitch, right up there with Miranda

Priestly in 'The Devil Wears Prada'! Her jealousy of Emily was palpable from Day 1 as she saw her as a threat. She played a cynical, bitter, unhappy woman so well but her character began to get boring as the series went on. I thought she'd eventually warm to Emily but she didn't!

The series is full of clichés about how Americans view Parisians but hey, it was still enjoyable to watch!
