I see you’re pushing the pro vegan agenda with misleading information. I tried veganism for 6 months & gave it up because I was iron & protein deficient. My doctor advised me to compromise & try flexitarianism instead. I found a vegan diet too strict & non-sustainable. If you have to supplement your diet, it’s not very healthy in the first place.
