Why would anyone listen to marketing gurus regarding their diet? Many studies have linked eating breakfast to good health, including better memory and concentration, lower levels of “bad” LDL cholesterol, and lower chances of getting diabetes, heart disease, and being overweight. … Breakfast helps replenish it.
So the fact remains that skipping breakfast is unhealthy & increases ones risk of heart disease. One doesn’t need to be personal trainer to know this.
