Hmm, I don’t know about that. There are two things I would eliminate from my diet completely – glazed doughnuts & McDonalds burgers. They are both really bad for you. Doughnuts contain a large amount of trans-fat, which is an unhealthy fat. Doughnuts can contain up to “10 to 20 grams of fat each and between 250 to 300 empty calories. A Big Mac contains fat, cholesterol, sodium, and calories! Bad, bad, bad!! 😊
