Brilliant article & I totally agree! You need to find your own unique voice to build your personal brand & become a better writer. Success on Medium isn’t always about how much money you make or how many followers you have, it’s about being true to yourself & not becoming a carbon copy of other ‘top’ writers.

We are not competing with other writers here on Medium, but we can certainly learn from them.
