Believe whatever you want to believe but breakfast IS the most important meal of the day for me. I eat fresh fruit & fibre which kickstarts my metabolism for the day & is essential for regular, healthy bowel movements in the morning. If I don’t have a good breakfast, I’m constipated for the rest of the day & that’s NOT healthy.
